New clients start with a 3-month Kickstart Coaching to build a strong foundation. After that, you can switch to flexible month-to-month coaching.

Because real strength and consistency take time.
Early strength gains come from neuromuscular adaptation
Your nervous system learns to fire more efficiently in the first 2–4 weeks of training. True muscle growth (hypertrophy) starts becoming more noticeable after 8–12 weeks of consistent strength work.Habit formation takes around 60–66 days, at a minimum
Research shows that physical activity habits begin forming at the 2-month mark, but often take longer to feel "automatic" or consistent.12 weeks gives us a full training arc
That’s enough time to create a personalized plan, track progress, adjust it, and build consistency. It’s long enough to see results, short enough to feel doable
A 3-month window helps you build strength and structure… physically, mentally, and logistically.
After your Kickstart phase, you can move to flexible month-to-month coaching to keep progressing at your pace.

Nope! All plans are built around what you have access to, whether that’s dumbbells, resistance bands, or just your bodyweight.
-
You can cancel or pause after the 3-month Kickstart Coaching is complete. There are no contracts or hidden fees for ongoing coaching.
-
Absolutely! If you’re looking for a program that meets you where you are.
Every plan I build is personalized based on your:
Goals (strength, performance, habit building, etc.)
Fitness experience and training history
Any prior injuries or physical limitations
Weekly schedule and available equipment
Whether you're brand new to strength training or returning after time off, this program adapts to your lifestyle, not the other way around. If you're ready to train with intention, structure, and support, you’re in the right place.

I’m a US Navy Veteran, certified with a Personal Trainer Certificate through NASM, and I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences. I’m currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Social Work, because I believe fitness should support both your body and your mental well-being.
I’ve competed with USAPL in the 52kg and 56kg weight classes, participated in local MCCS competitions, and trained across multiple disciplines — including HIIT, kettlebell, functional training, and currently focus on strength training and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
My coaching philosophy is built on structure, consistency, and sustainability. I help busy people get strong and stay that way using personalized, realistic training that fits their life and equipment.
If you're looking for a coach who brings discipline, empathy, and experience, I’ve got you.
